The apartments are new (June 2008), fully equipped, with a view to the sea,
20-30m away from the sea, 5 minutes walk from different beaches (sandy or rocky
beach ponte), 100m from the shops, 150m from the bus station. Water has a whole
day. Hot as well. The apartments have air-conditioning, satellite TV, wireless
internet. The owners are almost always at your service. You did not close the
road so that children are safe from traffic. Do you have parking for your
vehicle. The time you are on the beach or walking you can spend on the terrace
watching the sea and ships, or in the shade of olive, orange and fig trees next
to the grill. Each suite or a standard, comfortable beds, new furniture, new
bedding, clean and neat, nothing scrappy. The kitchen is functional, fully
equipped bathroom and comfortable. The bathroom is in the apartment and the
kitchen, it's really all fully furnished bedroom apartments or studios.
Prices are very reasonable - the best ratio between the offered and
paid, that is. very jeftio for the quality of accommodation and location. Prices
below the mail a few photos. All apartments have different pricing, because the
difference in price affects the size of most apartments, and then the position
and level of luxury equipment and the like. You will see the price list.

Lepetane – connectivity
Lepetane is located on, so to speak, strategic position: exactly in between
three towns of the bay of Boka Kotorska: Herceg Novi, Kotor and Tivat. Lepetane
has two bus stops (for Tivat and for Kotor) and local taxi station. If you are
arriving without a car/rent a car, transportation can be easily arranged.
